Responsibilities
Take and place orders, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments
Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures
Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
