  • Availability that meets cafe needs: Part-Time (24 hours/week, 3 days, including 2 peak days: Fri/Sat/Sun); Full-Time (35 hours/week, 5 days, including 2 peak days: Fri/Sat/Sun); weekend and holiday availability preferred
  • Authorised to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service to turn every customer into a regular
  • Work within the coffee program using Eversys Cameos and Shot Masters to prepare tastiest drinks
  • Complete all training for proper food and beverage handling to retain freshness and quality
  • Implement systems to avoid wastage of food and beverage products, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Food Safety Standards at all times
  • Maintain full knowledge and adherence to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
  • Participate in Operations and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, operational profitability, and build a loyal neighbourhood customer base
