Responsibilities

Delight customers with consistent, welcoming, and engaging customer service, turning them into regulars
Work within a world-class coffee program using the eversys cameos and shotmasters to prepare drinks
Complete all training to ensure proper handling of food and beverages to maintain freshness and quality
Implement systems to avoid product wastage, adjusting par levels based on business peaks and lows
Maintain Local Department of Health standards at all times
Possess full knowledge and adherence to all product, service, and brand training playbooks
Participate in all i-training
