Responsibilities

Prepare coffee shop beverages (brew, mix, blend) according to standards
Prepare food items according to established procedures
Handle food and beverages safely and maintain a clean work environment
Operate cash register to process customer purchases (cash, checks, credit cards, etc.)
Stock items and rotate merchandise displays
Maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
Notify management of supply needs
Comply with company policies regarding security, cash handling, and sanitation
Maintain a clean and well-stocked department
Communicate store programs and specials to customers
