Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed research on the financial history of businesses to determine creditworthiness
  • Assess risk parameters of the loan, borrower, and industry
  • Analyze financial performance of the borrower and guarantor
  • Assess repayment capacity
  • Recommend future course of action for approving/declining/counter offering business loans
  • Perform analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Interact day-to-day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
  • Follow moderate level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others' work
  • Act as an individual contributor within a team with focused scope of work
  • Work in rotational shifts as required
