Responsibilities

  • Realizar assessoria de investimentos para clientes investidores e potenciais investidores
  • Sugerir soluções de investimentos de acordo com o perfil de investidor de cada cliente
  • Garantir a qualidade e satisfação no atendimento ao cliente sobre investimentos
  • Prospectar novos recursos e reter investimentos da carteira atual por meio de vendas consultivas
  • Diversificar o portfólio de produtos de investimentos dos clientes na carteira
  • Atuar como hunter de novos clientes investidores, indicando-os para abertura de conta
  • Realizar visitas in loco aos clientes (mínimo 3-4 períodos por semana em agências Santander ou outros espaços, podendo envolver viagens) e participar de eventos
