Ability to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment

Responsibilities
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods using ovens and/or other equipment, following product handling information and bakery production charts
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on production chart recommendations
Gather products to be prepared for the next business day
Package freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed
Answer questions and recommend bakery items to members
Answer member calls and take special orders
Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment
Work as a team to achieve goals, execute promotional plans, maintain visible accurate signage, and keep areas clean and organized
Strive for flawless execution, hold accountable, and deliver GOLD club standards daily
