Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant software engineering experience. Strong fundamentals in back-end object-oriented programming, proficiency in Python, and experience with Big Data technologies are required, along with familiarity with SDLC methodologies and agile environments. Excellent English communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of Restful APIs and microservices architecture is desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will write complex, maintainable code to develop scalable, flexible, and user-friendly applications using backend Python and the specified technologies, including Databricks, Snowflake, Dask, Pandas, Spark data frames, and Apache Airflow. You will develop highly available, high-performance, cloud-native applications, leverage multiple data sources, and create efficient data access RESTful APIs against relational and NoSQL databases. Furthermore, you will contribute to CI/CD processes using GitHub actions and interact with stakeholders around the world utilizing Jira and SCRUM agile methodology.
