An advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
Proficiency in Python and preferably a low level language and basics of a UI framework
Familiarity with distributed systems
Familiarity with Derivative Products and Risk management frameworks
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Strong problem solving skills
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset with detail-oriented approach to operations
Ability to move quickly and adapt to a fast moving environment
Comfort working in a highly agile, intensively iterative software development process
Desire to work in an early stage product startups

Responsibilities

Partner with the market making team to build the backend infrastructure for pricing and risk management methodologies for complex and new products
Develop fundamental models in support of the three verticals of the team
Promote strong collaboration within a cross functional team, including design, product management, traders, quants and trade operations
Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity
Be involved in some of the most innovative products within the industry, like correlation exotics, missing data vol pricing, etc
