Passion to create something functional, scalable and loved by customers - with the mindset to learn and grow with the company
Experience in the creation of the web service backend for a mobile or web app using Python/Django
A strong understanding of the Python ecosystem with 2+ years of experience
An ability to discuss vision and features within a team and propose creative solutions
An ability to write robust and fault-tolerant software
Proficient understanding of Git
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment
Knowledge of (or a desire to learn) GraphQL APIs (plus)
Experience of developing software in a regulated industry (plus, e.g. banking, insurance, healthcare, investments)

Responsibilities

Work as one of the founding members of a new backend team building products for Generation areas
Contribute to a greenfield project in the renewable generation & financial space from the very beginning
Engage in structural thinking and develop backend from the ground up
Influence how the backend grows to meet new challenges
Work alongside talented engineers and supported by an experienced commercial & project team
