Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a Back-End Engineer, with knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker. Proficiency in Node.js, Postgres/Mysql, and RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka is required, along with experience in infrastructure, observability/monitoring tools, and building CI/CD pipelines. Strong system design and problem-solving skills are essential, and experience building Internal Developer Platforms and tooling is a plus. Excellent communication skills are necessary for orchestrating projects across multiple teams.
