ReadMe is seeking a Backend Engineer to join our collaborative team. We're a fast-growing startup focused on building developer hubs for leading startups and tech companies. Requirements

  • Proficiency in TypeScript: Strong understanding of TypeScript is essential.
  • Cloud Computing Experience: Deep understanding of cloud computing services.
  • System Design Skills: Ability to design robust, scalable, maintainable, and future-proof systems.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with designers and product folks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to untangle complex problems and find efficient solutions.
  • Mentorship Skills: Ability to mentor and help teammates level up.
  • Iterative Development: Experience with shipping small increments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale modern systems using TypeScript and cloud computing services.
  • Design systems that are robust, scalable, maintainable, and future-proof.
  • Collaborate with designers and product folks to define and implement solutions.
