  • BS/BA in graphic design or similar discipline
  • Outstanding proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft 365
  • Strong mastery in working all aspects of branding: typography, color palettes, photography, and illustration
  • Bold portfolio with relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience in packaging production design or artwork design
  • Strong understanding of printing processes including flexographic, offset, and digital printing
  • Proficient English required - written and oral
  • Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both with design and multi-functional partners
  • Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs
  • Exceptional project management skills, ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence
  • Proven leadership skills, outstanding time management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final execution with excellence

Responsibilities

  • Translate design intent into print-ready packaging design templates and matrices
  • Ensure artwork files meet technical specifications including color accuracy, die-lines, and resolution requirements
  • Prepare print-ready files, review digital and physical proofs, and production samples ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Integrate brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and printing specifications throughout the artwork process
  • Develop design adaptation guidelines to enable high-quality artwork execution
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, design delivery specialists, agencies, and printers to ensure executional excellence from design intent through color development and graphic adaptation
  • Manage and organize a library of artwork files, templates, graphic assets for various product lines
  • Stay updated on industry trends, printing technologies, and packaging materials to provide recommendations for innovation, efficiency, and productivity
