Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with CRM product catalogs, price book management with Tiered Pricing
  • Experienced in using JIRA as a bug tracking tool and git / github for version control
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize the Salesforce Ecommerce Platform on marketing sites
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce B2B solutions with a focus on Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Design, develop, and articulate solutions based on customer's strategic business and technical requirements
  • Customize and program Salesforce solutions using APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and Salesforce configurations
  • Build and maintain Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Define scalable and maintainable product and pricing data models across CRM environments
  • Collaborate with program managers, technical peers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and system optimization for Salesforce applications
  • Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other systems, such as CPQ and CRM
