Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize AVEVA Enterprise SCADA environments (≥ Oasys 7.5/2018), managing upgrades, patching, and integrations with OT/IT systems
Develop and extend SCADA functionalities using C/C#, ensuring performance and security
Manage Incidents and Problems according to ITIL framework, with root cause analysis and preventive actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and system integrity
Coordinate operational activities and support team management in mission-critical contexts
