Impressão de etiquetas em impressoras Zebra (desejável)

Responsibilities

Acompanhar, analisar e responder pelas operações logísticas (recebimento, inventário, transferências, faturamento e expedição) do Serviço Técnico, apoiando em auditorias e melhoria de processos relacionados
Prestar suporte nas atividades de armazenagem de peças, recebimento, faturamento e expedição de peças
Receber e encaminhar as peças e insumos ao time técnico através do processo de transferência e/ou faturamento
Garantir as boas práticas de documentação de recebimento e armazenagem conforme os procedimentos para situações de acordo com cada Branch
Manter controle de inventário para garantir bons resultados de inventários e auditorias
Elaborar e controlar documentos relativos aos itens controlados ou em hold
Manter os controles atualizados em sistema, lançando dados e informações pertinentes à movimentação de peças
Acompanhar a execução do processo de identificação/etiquetagem dos itens recebidos
Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento das atividades, promovendo a análise e visibilidade das informações coletadas
Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa
Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade, e pelo ambiente de trabalho
Auxiliar o controle de inventário e apoiar as tarefas de recebimento e envio de peças e equipamentos para clientes internos e externos, seguindo os procedimentos preestabelecidos
Auxiliar atividades de descontaminação de equipamentos eletro-médicos
