Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 12-15 years of work experience
Go-getter with good communication skills, challenging ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with company mission
Learning enthusiast, passionate about learning, following trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions
Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Architecture and workflows
Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR stacks: COM stack (FlexRay, CAN, LIN), Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, OS, Wdg
Experience with 32-bit Microcontroller Architectures: Renesas RH family, Tricore, PowerPC, Arm architecture
Knowledge of Automotive Product Development Process (ASPICE, ISO26262)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum SW development process

Responsibilities

Analyzing customer requirements and designing high-level Software Architecture, including defining safety and control data flows
Leading microprocessor selection decisions for quoting opportunities
Verifying that software architecture design meets all derived software requirements (performance, throughput/latency, modding)
Performing AUTOSAR modeling and system configuration (SWC compositions like Component instances, connectors), optimizing AUTOSAR-based SW architecture in multicore environment
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovation or overcome obstacles of owned modules
Planning, monitoring, and managing time effectively against targets
