  • Ability to keep spray equipment and booth in clean, operating, and safe condition
  • Ability to learn how to repair fiberglass, use gel coat, resin, etc
  • Required to spray finish coat of paint for repair of fiberglass
  • Must know how to spot and correct all types of related problems such as paint reaction to each other
  • Ability to move to any area of the shop, be creative, meet strict deadlines, and endure long hours
  • Ability to comply with quality standards through error prevention and meeting requirements with zero defects
  • Ability to operate forklift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs or lift 40–100 lbs with assistance of others and lifting equipment provided
