Requirements

Minimum Cert III Automotive Technology and/or Trade License or equivalent
Construction white card
Minimum 4 years post apprenticeship experience
Previous FIFO, mining, workshop or automotive industry experience
Experience working on Toyota fleet vehicles is advantageous
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A strong commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail
Takes pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
Able to work independently and as part of a small, reliable team
Strong communication ability
Full C class Driver’s license and own vehicle
Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check
Willing to travel and live in Mudgee (Merotherie), NSW on a 14/7 roster, working up to 12 hour days

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, repairs, servicing and fault finding on light vehicles and mobile plant
Carry out hydraulic/mechanical fault finding and repairs on earth moving equipment
Service and maintain pumps associated with the water treatment plant and fuel farm

The role is based in Merotherie, NSW on a 14/7 roster, working up to 12 hour days, with candidates required to travel and live onsite.
