- Training des Teams und Unterstützung der Kolleg*innen mit Fachwissen
- Bereitstellung technischer Fähigkeiten mit erstklassigem Service, um Kunden*innen die besten Lösungen zu bieten
- Beratung von Kunden*innen zu Brillengläsern mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Upgrades
