Requirements

Candidates must have completed secondary education and preferably have experience in sales, operational roles such as warehouse worker, driver, or cashier, and fieldwork. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Android operating systems, are desirable. Essential qualities include resilience, conflict management, autonomy, basic numerical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), adherence to rules, and a results-oriented approach. The candidate must reside in Chetumal.

Responsibilities

The Field Auditor will be assigned a route of households at the beginning of each week. During home visits, they will conduct counts of products in the pantry and other rooms. The auditor will scan the barcodes of listed products using a device, verifying that the scanned information matches the physical product. They will request wrappers of consumed products from the household representative and request and register purchase receipts for products acquired during the period.
