Requirements

Student in a higher education program Bac +5 with a specialization in finance, accounting, or management control
Rigorous and endowed with an effective spirit of initiative
Able to work independently
Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Analyze the environment of client companies, understand their organization, operations, shareholding, sources of revenue and financing, as well as their challenges, to determine the risks they face
Implement specific audit procedures to analyze control activities designed to prevent or detect risks of anomalies that could impact the quality and relevance of financial information
Perform analyses to determine if transactions giving rise to financial information are valid and accurate
Conduct legal audit missions for companies and groups of regional, national, or international scope (CAC 40), missions on French entities of international groups, and special missions for acquisitions and/or disposals on behalf of financial and industrial investors (depending on aspirations in Grands Comptes & Middle Market practices)
