Requirements

  • Désignations professionnelles complétées ou en cours : CIA (fortement préférée), CPA ou Master en comptabilité/audit ou équivalent requis
  • 3 à 5+ années d'expérience progressive en audit interne, audit externe ou domaine connexe (gestion des risques/conformité), incluant au moins 2 années en audit interne
  • Forte connaissance et application pratique du référentiel COSO et des normes d'audit interne (IIA/IAI)
  • Expérience en missions d'audit complexes et évaluations des risques rigoureuses
  • Capacité à opérer avec jugement professionnel, rigueur analytique et attention aux détails
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) et logiciels de gestion d'audit
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé, avec compétences en présentation et communication
  • Automotivé, soucieux du détail, capable de multitâche, travail sous pression, gestion d'échéanciers serrés, environnement rapide, ambiguïté et complexité

Responsibilities

  • Diriger et exécuter toutes les phases des missions d'audit interne (planification, terrain, finalisation), incluant évaluations des risques, en respectant les normes IIA
  • Rédiger des rapports d'audit de haute qualité, clairs, détaillant conclusions, risques et recommandations
  • Participer à des projets spéciaux, investigations et initiatives stratégiques ad hoc pour la haute direction ou Comité d'Audit
  • Se tenir au courant des risques émergents, tendances industry et changements réglementaires impactant l'entreprise et la profession
