Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, and ideally hold a CISA qualification or be pursuing it. A CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is preferred, with the ability to provide certification numbers if applicable. Experience in Public Accounting, Internal Audits, SOX Audits, SOX Compliance, or Statutory Audits is required, along with a strong understanding of GAAP, SEC, and SOX requirements.

Responsibilities

The Audit Analyst will review and document internal controls to support Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance, execute testing of internal controls for IT automated controls, SOC 1 controls, and ITGC controls, and proactively identify risks and gaps. They will also provide recommendations to mitigate risks, assist in preparing audit reports, develop and execute audit procedures and enhancements, contribute to research and implementation of audit analytics, perform fraud risk assessments, build relationships with auditees and business units, and execute the annual audit plan. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the design and implementation of audit analytics, supporting manufacturing, engineering, or retail organizations, and performing other related duties and special projects as assigned.
