Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff and seniors; provide clear direction and performance feedback
Review financial statements, workpapers, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards
Ensure engagements are completed within time and budget parameters
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
Perform technical research and resolve complex accounting or auditing issues
Oversee and contribute to the firm’s system of quality management and internal control processes
