Requirements

Ability to consistently meet or exceed client expectations through exceptional service, quality, and cost efficiency
Experience working with clients, colleagues across different accounts, and a broad spectrum of resources to develop and grow relationships
Capability to manage projects of different sizes, genres, and platforms, ensuring profitability, quality, and on-time delivery
Proficiency in estimating and planning projects from start to finish, including built-in contingencies
Skills in leading project planning, kick-off meetings, and ongoing project-related meetings
Ability to work closely with Solutions Team, Production Manager, and clients to understand scope and requirements
Knowledge to advise clients on best practices and agree on project processes and timelines
Expertise in monitoring and coordinating project processes (pre- and post-production plans, postmortems, resources, QA plans, risk mitigation, CAPAs)
Experience aligning with Global Resource Management Team for resourcing to meet project instructions, client expectations, company procedures, and target margins
Ability to oversee project schedules, ensure delivery according to schedule and company standards, and adapt work plans and resources in consultation with clients and global team
Skills in determining workflows and best processes with stakeholders to maximize productivity and minimize costs
Strong daily communication skills with clients for following up on issues, changes, deadlines, and related matters
Experience liaising with external vendors and internal resources, fostering relationships beyond supplier-customer dynamics
Ability to maintain constant dialogue with other PMs and global team members, building good working relationships
Capacity to make independent decisions on work methods while liaising with global teams and Production Managers, following company and client standards
Proficiency in regular, professional client communication to understand goals, anticipate needs, and address concerns
Skills in escalating and investigating complaints or risks with Production Managers and stakeholders according to company standards
Proactive contribution to process and tool improvement initiatives at all levels
Ability to input financial data (sales and purchases) into administration tools for tracking, invoicing, cost control, and quoting

Responsibilities

Report to the relevant Production Manager and take responsibility for assigned client deliverables
Partner with Portfolio Directors, Production Managers, and Project Manager peers to ensure successful completion of client deliverables (on time, on budget, first time right)
Work on projects based on workload and team needs
Work with Production Manager and global team to document and update project workflows and technical processes
Collaborate with teams in charge of different areas of expertise
Continuously manage and adapt work plans and resources in consultation with clients and global team
Follow project development daily through quick and efficient client communication
Keep open dialogue with other PMs across accounts and global team members
