Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and hold a CPA license or be actively pursuing licensure. They should have at least 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on audit engagements, and demonstrate proven leadership skills.
The Assurance Manager will oversee multiple engagements, resolve legal, regulatory, and accounting issues, supervise and manage services to clients including audit strategy and business plans, set engagement budgets, schedule audits, select staff, and assign workloads. Additionally, they will develop and maintain client relationships, drive client satisfaction, research and apply complex accounting concepts, and utilize auditing procedures effectively.
