Requirements

Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (BS/BA/MSA/MST/Certificate Program)
Graduating between 12/1/2026 – 8/1/2027
Demonstrated interest in pursuing or obtaining CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to start in June 2025 and work in one of our California offices (San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Rosa, Santa Monica, Long Beach, and Sacramento)

Responsibilities

Receive comprehensive Assurance training from Learning & Development team and key Assurance leaders to analyze financial statements and related disclosures to identify material misstatements or discrepancies
Learn and perform audit procedures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, including examining financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with accounting principles and relevant regulations
Assist in evaluating and testing the effectiveness of internal control systems implemented by clients, working with team members to deliver a quality product within the client’s time-frame
Engage in regional intern events, executive speaker sessions with firm partners, and collaborate with fellow interns on a project to showcase acquired knowledge and skills
