Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, system administration, or data integration
  • Familiarity with Workfront, Workfront Fusion, or similar workflow automation platforms (Make, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.) preferred
  • Understanding of basic data structures (JSON, XML) and APIs is a plus
  • Experience with process documentation or basic system configuration is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for data-driven problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows using Workfront Fusion and related integration tools
  • Translate business requirements into simple, scalable automation solutions under the guidance of senior developers
  • Support testing, fixing, and monitoring of automations to ensure smooth data transfer and performance reliability
  • Help manage connections between systems such as Workfront, AEM, Seismic, Blee, Criteo, and other marketing technology platforms
  • Document scenario logic, workflow dependencies, and process changes for reference and audit purposes
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative operations partners to identify opportunities for automation or process optimization
  • Contribute to regular reviews of automation performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability or efficiency
  • Support the development and maintenance of workflow automations that streamline marketing and creative operations
  • Help design, build, and monitor integrations between platforms such as Workfront, AEM, Seismic, and DAM systems
