  • Support trial set-up and programming of patient reimbursement systems and tools
  • Track and approve site and country opt-out requests for patient reimbursement
  • Manage escalations from global Specialist, Patient Reimbursement Customer
  • Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and strategies to enhance patient and investigator satisfaction with patient reimbursement tools
