Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Familiarity with software development principles and experience with programming languages is essential. A strong understanding of agile methodologies and test-driven development is preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
The Associate Software Engineer will participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, developing features end-to-end across the software stack. They will produce maintainable and high-performance code while ensuring non-functional requirements are met. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the QA team to analyze and resolve defects, as well as exploring new opportunities through proof-of-concepts and prototypes.
