- Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow) solutions
- Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+ % of the time)
- Existing U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
- Graduated with a degree in technical discipline by 1/12/26, OR prior intern/co-op/research experience in IT/software/relevant field, OR successful completion of a technical-related bootcamp
