Candidates should possess proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably related to neuroscience or stroke care, and a strong scientific background. A PhD in Neuroscience or a related field is desirable, but not required. Fluency in English is essential, with Bulgarian language fluency being required, and a valid driving license along with a willingness to travel up to 70% of the time is needed.
The Associate Market Access Specialist will increase efficiency in the management of stroke patients, support hospitals and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools, serve as an expert Therapeutic Consultant promoting new diagnostic and treatment guidelines, foster and promote quality monitoring programs, expand the project’s reach to new hospitals, lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement, and enhance therapeutic protocols in major hospitals.
