Responsibilities

Conduct complaint and failure investigations following Corporate and site procedures
Review and approve customer complaint reports (as required)
Collaborate across departments to generate technical investigation reports in response to customer complaints
Monitor complaint trends and provide feedback on the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Support the Field Action Assessment (FAA) process
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and report any HSE concerns
