Responsibilities

The Associate II, Fund Administration (Core IS) will build knowledge of Juniper Square’s software and the real estate private equity industry, utilizing the software to support fund administration and investor services customers. They will perform workspace management tasks, including investor position creation and reviewing workspaces for accuracy, and support customers during their fundraising process. The role involves monitoring customer health, providing feedback to internal teams, investigating payment breaks and chargebacks, coordinating with bank partners, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, the Associate II will manage treasury related activities such as logging LP contributions and handling payments for customers.
