Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, develop, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with central and local key stakeholders and organizations to promote Ferring business growth
  • Shape a positive policy environment
  • Ensure accurate analysis and updates on government policies, identifying opportunities and risks for Ferring business
  • Implement overall market access strategies (pricing, reimbursement, hospital listing), manage governance and processes, and build market access capabilities to support new product launches
  • Actively interact with central and local governments to establish Ferring's professional image, covering key stakeholders for business emergencies and advocacy activities
  • Maintain existing relationship networks and develop new ones according to business needs (national/provincial authorities, NHSA, PHSA, NHC, PHC, industry associations, academic organizations)
  • Leverage third-party platforms to serve business needs
  • Lead NRDL submissions, negotiations, progress tracking, and ensure results
  • Lead VBP policy tracking and shaping, as well as company product introduction/withdrawal strategies and implementation
  • Lead national-level reimbursement and pricing policy formulation and negotiations
  • Ensure smooth communication between national/provincial partners and Ferring China, timely providing partners' positions to Ferring business and investment portfolios
