Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Mathematics, Economics, IT, or Finance disciplines
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in a financial services or analytics role, with a preference for experience within the fixed income domain
In-depth understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and company fundamentals
Demonstrated experience in managing a team of analysts and a track record of motivating and developing team members

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts responsible for the validation of inputs used for index calculation to ensure data integrity, including corporate action analysis, price validation, and market data assessment
Perform quality assurance validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of the index values to be distributed to clients
Oversee and optimize daily operating processes for global indices, proactively investigating system alerts and coordinating with the technology team to resolve issues efficiently
Manage product delivery ensuring timely dissemination of intraday and end-of-day index data to clients and end users
Collaborate with the technology development team to drive automation and enhance system capabilities
Cultivate and maintain key relationships with other groups within the department and across other departments, particularly Product Management, Client Coverage, Index Services, and Technology Teams
Lead the integration of new products into the daily operations cycle
Lead and mentor a diverse team of analysts located across different geographical locations in the Americas, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
