This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, with most work performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. The primary shift is 7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST (9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT) with flexibility, and occasional on-call support is required.
The role involves supervising and mentoring developers, driving custom development in SailPoint IIQ, overseeing integrations with platforms like Workday, Azure AD, and Salesforce, and acting as the accountable owner for IAM development tasks.
Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) hosted in AWS is essential, along with experience in custom development including rules, workflows, connectors, and policies, and integrations with Workday, Azure Active Directory, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems using APIs.
