3+ years of experience in Python or Core Java (Spring Framework)

Responsibilities

Craft, develop, and deliver technical solutions, including AI-based models, to help the organization scale
Build solutions for both BlackRock and over 20 client organizations using the Aladdin ecosystem
Work with leading technologies such as AI, Python, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, and other languages and open-source technologies
Operate in an agile environment
Develop testable software daily, emphasizing incremental innovation
Work closely with users, designers, developers, and product managers to translate creative builds into working prototypes
Understand the business supported and collaborate with users to compose, develop, and invent innovative solutions
Solve complex problems in an ever-changing environment, with a focus on process optimization, data, and technology
Nurture positive connections with colleagues and clients founded on a culture of teamwork and support
Operate in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment as part of a distributed team
