BlackRock’s hybrid work model requires employees to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office.

The position requires one year of experience in Python Development; Pyspark, and Spark SQL; Developing Complex Dashboards using Power BI and Tableau; Enterprise software systems including cloud data lake platforms; Cloud service providers including Azure (Data Factory, Synapse analytics, Databricks and Data Lake Storage) and Snowflake; Data Analytics using Databricks and Delta Lake; and Data Extraction, Transformation and Processing. A Master's degree with 12 months or Bachelor's degree with 36 months of related experience is also required.

The role involves working within the Web Tech Engineering Team, collaborating with product management, performing code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and participating in a hybrid model designed for collaboration and apprenticeship.
