Responsibilities

The Assistant CRA will complete study and site management activities as defined in the task matrix, including study-specific training and orientation. Responsibilities include providing in-house support during pre-study assessments, customizing ICFs, reviewing patient-facing materials and translations, and supporting site staff with vendor qualification. The role involves coordinating system access, following up on site staff training, managing study supplies, and supporting the collection and review of essential documents. Additionally, the Assistant CRA will follow up on missing study vendor data, support remote review of monitoring tools, assist with site payment processes, and perform reconciliation tasks on assigned trials. They will also drive action for missing or incomplete documents and complete administrative tasks such as expense reports and timesheets.
