Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification and some previous experience, comparable to 0 to 2 years. Knowledge of study and site management activities is preferred, along with familiarity with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
The Assistant CRA will complete study and site management activities as defined in a task matrix, provide support with site preparedness and logistical support for monitoring, assist with site management and remote monitoring, conduct study-specific training, orient and train on CRG/study-specific systems, support pre-study assessments and waivers, review EMR/EHR checklists, verify document collection and RCR submission status, review patient-facing materials, support site staff with vendor qualification, coordinate logistics for IM attendance, maintain vendor trackers, coordinate study/site supply management, perform reconciliation tasks on assigned trials, verify document collection status in CRG systems, and may perform other assigned site management tasks as directed.
