Requirements
- Ability to control access to the facility by verifying identifications, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs
- Maintain a visible and proactive presence to deter security threats
- Successfully accomplish work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies and resources

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security checks of employees, visitors, and vehicles to prevent theft or unauthorized items
- Provide assistance and guidance during emergencies or security concerns, including evacuations, first aid, and directing to safe areas
- Maintain accurate and detailed security reports, incident logs, and documentation
- Promote, monitor, and enforce safe work practices by monitoring and testing alarm systems, fire systems, and fire suppression equipment
- Conduct security inspections on buildings, grounds, and trailers
- Monitor inbound and outbound trailers via computer applications
- Report unusual activity to appropriate management
- Create and issue all new and replacement associate badges and visitor badges
- Actively identify and suggest ways to address improvement opportunities
- Carry out assigned tasks, communicating progress and relevant information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety protocols
- Embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, and respect the individual
