Requirements

  • Diploma of secondary school with a technical focus (preferably Mechanical Technician)
  • Preferably experience with machining and/or assembly of turbomachines
  • Knowledge of products in the Oil & Gas sector
  • Competence in precision mechanical assemblies
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications
  • Competence in the use of precision measuring instruments
  • Competence in using Excel, Word, email, etc
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Possession of an EU Work Permit
  • Availability to work on shifts, including weekends if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble components of various product types from Baker Hughes
  • Perform quality control and mechanical processing of components according to applicable technical specifications, product technical drawings, and processing cycles
  • Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards within areas of expertise
  • Compile disassembly/assembly plans, identify materials
  • Execute preliminary checks of parts according to applicable specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • Suggest improvements to activities performed, aligning with the company’s continuous improvement program
  • Participate weekly in safety and quality discussions within the team (Safety & Quality Talk)
