Requirements
- Diploma of secondary school with a technical focus (preferably Mechanical Technician)
- Preferably experience with machining and/or assembly of turbomachines
- Knowledge of products in the Oil & Gas sector
- Competence in precision mechanical assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications
- Competence in the use of precision measuring instruments
- Competence in using Excel, Word, email, etc
- Ability to work in a team
- Possession of an EU Work Permit
- Availability to work on shifts, including weekends if necessary
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble components of various product types from Baker Hughes
- Perform quality control and mechanical processing of components according to applicable technical specifications, product technical drawings, and processing cycles
- Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards within areas of expertise
- Compile disassembly/assembly plans, identify materials
- Execute preliminary checks of parts according to applicable specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Suggest improvements to activities performed, aligning with the company’s continuous improvement program
- Participate weekly in safety and quality discussions within the team (Safety & Quality Talk)
