Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in finance, with a strong preference for experience in a multi-site environment. They should have experience in inventory adjustment meetings, customer profitability analysis, and budget development. Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) compliance is required, along with experience managing IT Coordinators, Payroll and Accounting Clerks, and cashier functions.

Responsibilities

The Area Finance Manager will manage the Area accounting, payroll, IT, and internal control functions in a multi-site environment, owning internal control compliance for the Area. They will partner with Area Finance Director and business support for Area leadership, drive business results through inventory adjustments, customer profitability analysis, and incentive deal compliance, prepare timely and accurate financial statements, establish and maintain controls including SOx compliance, and lead Area Finance Team Members, providing guidance, coaching, and development. They will also assist in developing annual budgets and Balance of Year (BOY) forecasts, present plans and forecasts to Area Leadership, and complete ad hoc projects and analysis as requested, potentially requiring up to 30% travel.
