Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience architecting data solutions on Azure and possess data modeling experience with Azure technologies such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lakes, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Server/DB, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Fabric. Experience creating reporting and dashboards in Power BI with DAX is also required. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, has a growth mindset, is comfortable in fast-paced environments, confident presenting to senior clients, responsible for project success, thrives in a team, and possesses strong communication skills. The role requires the candidate to be based in the United States, with up to 30% travel potential.

Responsibilities

The Architect - Data Engineering/Architecture will design Azure-based technical solutions, act as a team lead, and manage client relationships and expectations. They will implement end-to-end data platform solutions, author high-quality project documentation, and serve as a technical mentor to junior team members. Responsibilities also include delivering complex projects on time and within budget, expanding knowledge in various tools and technologies, fostering a problem-solving culture, supporting internal data services design advancements, and assisting the Sales Team with presales efforts when bandwidth allows.
