Requirements

  • Holder of an HR qualification (Bac +3 level or higher)
  • Available from September 2024 for a 1-year apprenticeship
  • Previous experience (internship or alternance) in an HR department appreciated
  • Comfortable working in a team with strong communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Enjoys being hands-on with teams rather than desk-bound
  • Proficiency in English required to understand internal procedures

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new employees
  • Manage personnel files from entry to exit (DPAE, contracts, amendments, trial periods, attestations, personnel register, medical visits, etc.)
  • Track files for alternants and interns
  • Consolidate HR reports (headcount, absences, compensation)
  • Apply HR procedures
  • Transmit and check variable payroll elements
  • Serve as site point of contact with Shared HR Service (payroll managers)
  • Update HRIS (Workday) and ensure data consistency
  • Prepare materials for negotiations (NAO, professional equality)
  • Prepare documents for mandatory annual consultations
  • Implement BDES
  • Manage internal HR and site SharePoint
  • Lead and track QVT (Quality of Life at Work) initiatives
  • Update new hire and new foreign manager welcome booklets
