Responsibilities

Act as software detectives, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through the development process
Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring applications meet specifications and quality standards
