Responsibilities

Review customer specifications and drawings (one-lines, elevations and schematics) for correctness and completeness and resolve discrepancies
Prepare a complete bill of material (ABOM & FBOM) which satisfies the order requirements
Develop the necessary electrical schematics and instruction for drafting
Provide technical assistance to internal/external customers
Verify that the Customer’s purchase order, and provide feedback to Project Manager
If customer approvals are required, arrange to have the appropriate drawings made available to the customer for review and approval
Provide assistance to the manufacturing operation as required, including technical assistance to assembly and test personnel at factory and meeting with customer engineering personnel for final inspection or witness test
Provide the customer with the required documentation package
Provide field assistance whenever required to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide assistance and coordination with Expeditor and Manager or Supervisor
Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures and appropriately apply them in compliance with government laws (e.g., Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, ISO 9000 & 14000)
Support Project Manager on order transfer from commercial engineer or sales
Assist Project Manager to handle kick off meeting with related department according to project schedule
Work with Project Manager to make sure the project delivery will match margin, delivery date and quality requirement compared with as sold proposal or order
