Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (Must Have)
Experience with ITIL framework and best practices (Good to Have)
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate with stakeholders and client partners to understand enhancement requirements
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Configure and implement enhancements/features within stipulated time, with validations in lower environments and PROD before deployment
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as primary point of contact, collaborating with teams to align application development with business objectives
Oversee project timelines and facilitate communication among stakeholders
Engage in problem-solving, provide guidance and support to team, ensuring adherence to best practices
